Only the best deer and wild boar are collected from the estates throughout Spain, where they enjoy peaceful surroundings and the finest resources nature has to offer. The red meat from these animals contains a good source of protein and is low in cholesterol and fat making it wholesome and ideal for our health. We are fully equipped, beginning with our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles for the collection of the game carcasses which are brought into our cutplant from their point of origin in the field. Once a carcass arrives at our factory, it is quartered, deboned, and then processed into a variety of cuts and produced to the highest quality and standards.
