Clear, bright with a  lemon colour, green highlights  and abundant fine cascading bubbles. A pronounced bouquet of white flowers over stone fruit  notes of green apple and ripe pear complimented by  light nuances of peaches.  Very pleasurable on the palate with flavours of  green apple and  small "limonera" pear . A good  persistence that emphasises in the mouth.

Andrés Valiente and his son Rodolfo formed Viñedos & Bodegas Vegalfaro in 1999.
