APPEARANCE: Golden yellow colour with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.

NOSE: the characteristic aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc variety can be appreciated, citrus (green melon, pineapple), floral (reminiscent of white flowers) and herbaceous (freshly cut grass).

TASTE: we notice a balanced and refreshing acidity, tropical notes such as pineapple or passion fruit, silky, pleasant and easy to drink finish.

PAIRING: aperitifs, salted fish, fish, seafood, some soft cheese. Combines very well with first courses based on fruit salads, sultanas, peppers, tomatoes.
