APPEARANCE: Intense yellow colour with golden tinges. Clean and bright.
NOSE: Complex and very expressive, fruity, tropical and citric with slight hints of fine lees and green almonds.
TASTE: Voluminous on entry, tasty with a certain silkiness on the palate and a finish with a certain citric and fruity acidity; with an aftertaste with hints of tropical fruit and salinity.
PAIRING: Fatty cheeses, Roquefort, white fish, rice dishes, smoked fish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 6 and 8 ºC. Use a glass of white wine.
