APPEARANCE: Dark mahogany colour with coppery hues.

NOSE: Fragrant, with notes of spices such as cinnamon or thyme, vanilla, orange peel and ripe fruit.

TASTE: Different from any other vermouth; sweet, voluminous, with a balanced acidity and a very pleasant palate.

PAIRING: Appetizers in general and olives, mussels, clams, smoked fish or any seafood product in particular.

SERVING EMPERATURE: 6º to 8º C. Use a large glass with ice and a slice of orange.

Produced with a base of exceptional wines from the Bodega Manuel Aragón, which are macerated with plants such as wormwood, gentian and orange peel, together with spices and other aromatic plants.
