Grapes: Tempranillo and Syrah Sweet red Varietal Alcoholic strength: 15 %

APPEARANCE: Deep cherry red colour with carmine and garnet tones.

NOSE: Complex on the nose, with aromas of figs, dates and ripe red fruits that are perceived with intensity and freshness.

TASTE: Fresh, unctuous and sweet. Well balanced sweetness and acidity

PAIRING: Ideal with desserts, especially those made with dark chocolate or forest fruit jams. In contrast, it goes well with blue cheeses or very mature cheeses such as Cabrales.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8º to 10º C. Use a glass of red wine.
