Finca Ramón is an organic wine without sulfites, from La Geria plots, cultivated in holes, its name is in tribute to our winegrower Ramón Perera.
ELABORATION
Single-varietal Organic Volcanic Malvasía, harvested at the optimal time to produce a fresh wine, with good acidity, to achieve minimal intervention, and without sulfites. It is harvested manually, in 20kg boxes, kept for 24 hours in a cold room until pressed, then pressed, subjected to static cold settling, racked and inoculated with its own yeasts selected from the same vineyard. Once the fermentation was completed, the wine was kept with its fine lees at a temperature of 16ºC to maintain the floral character of the variety, until bottling, a light filtering, without the addition of sulfites, it is a natural wine with minimal intervention carried out by malolactic in the bottle. .
TASTING
View: Straw yellow, with slight golden tones.
Aroma: The varietal character predominates with floral aromas such as orange blossom or jasmine, evolving in the glass towards aromas of fresh fruit such as apricot and citrus fruits such as grapefruit. Medium high intensity.
Mouth: Balanced. Pleasantly acidic, silky entry, with volume and a broad finish. Its saline character stands out, and an elegant aftertaste.
