Liberso Skin Contact is most exclusive and original wine from Bodegas de Crianza de Pozaldez. We make it by handmade way, we don´t add sulfites or any oenological product.
ORIGIN:
Once the grapes are received at their optimum point of ripeness, we keep it in a steel tank. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous, the grapes ferment in contact with the skins for 40 days. After fermentation, a light pressing is carried out and the wine obtained is placed in 3 French oak barrels of 225 liters for 18 months for oxidative aging.Bottled on July 12, 2022 without clarifying or stabilizing.
