ELABORATION: To obtain this wine, we have used must extracted from the Moscatel variety at very low pressures. Always under the protection of stainless steel and at low temperatures, decanting is carried out naturally, obtaining a clean must that is fermented at low temperatures until it reaches the desired sugar concentration, at which point the fermentation is turned off and this is achieved. natural sweet.

TASTING TASTE: Greenish yellow color, dense in the glass with thick tears. On the nose it is very intense with aromas of figs, green apple and stewed fruit, with certain hints of citrus and a continuous variation with aromas migrating to different fruits and flowers. The palate is long, intense and softly velvety, with a pleasant sweetness and fresh sensations.

PAIRING: appetizer or dessert wine, salads, pastas, fatty fish (tuna, salmon), sushi, pâtés and cheeses as well as acid fruits. The optimal consumption temperature is between 4 and 7ºC.
