TASTING
- VISUAL : High intensity, deep brightpurplish-red with purplish nuances.
- NOSE: Deep, complex, concentrated, and intense where the aromas of ripe black fruits, mint, cocoa, mineral and a light background of toasted and caramelized tones predominate. Very elegant and complex aromas that evolve favorably throughout the tasting.
- MOUTH: Attack fresh and gentle, giving a very characteristic greasiness and fleshiness of this wine. Elegant mouthfeel, fresh and textured, to analyze with a long finish where we remember again the fruity primary aromas, spicy
and caramelized. A wine "hand of iron with a silk glove."
