Organic white wine made from Moscatel de Alejandría variety, dry, aged on lees. Covered by the Sierras de Málaga DO. Grapes from very old vines trained in goblet trained vines on albariza soils located in front of the sea, which gives it great freshness and salinity. Project for the recovery of the vineyards in the coastal municipality of Manilva (Málaga), in a serious process of disappearance as a result of the lack of profitability of the crop and urban development harassment. The wine has received numerous awards.

Our project aims to recover and save the old Muscatel vines in the municipality of Manilva (Malaga), producing wines of the highest quality and sharing with visitors, through wine tourism, the experience of a unique landscape of vineyards facing the sea, with guided visits to CIVIMA, NILVA winery, vineyard, tastings, wine tasting and food and wine experiences.
