Grapes from very old vines trained in goblet trained vines on albariza soils located in front of the sea, which gives it great freshness and salinity. Our project aims to recover and save the old Muscatel vines in the municipality of Manilva (Malaga), producing wines of the highest quality and sharing with visitors, through wine tourism, the experience of a unique landscape of vineyards facing the sea, with guided visits to CIVIMA, NILVA winery, vineyard, tastings, wine tasting and food and wine experiences.
