Our process: From our headquarters in Burgos, we work every day with trusted cattle breeders and expert professional butchers, who care for and classify our best breeds and cuts from the origin, so that you always enjoy premium products of the highest quality. In addition, we have our own cutting and dry aging room, which allows us to pamper the process from start to finish, accompanying the product and ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and expectations of our customers. We are specialists in Dry Aged and we dry mature all our meats in a completely artisanal way, so that you can enjoy an unequaled flavor and tenderness with every bite. In addition, our experience as distributors to the catering industry, serving restaurants, hotels, hamburger restaurants and steakhouses throughout Spain, allows us to always be at the forefront and always offer you the best product and noble cuts of beef. A gourmet quality meat that will awaken your senses and will make you enjoy an unparalleled dining experience. Specialists in Dry Aged At Arcecarne, we are specialists in dry aging. A process that can last from 21 days to more than 200 days in extreme maturations and that comply with rigorous quality controls, under the daily supervision of our expert butchers. Meat artisans who take care of each step with the greatest of pampering. This maturation process substantially improves the quality of the meat and gives it a greater tenderness and texture, resulting in delicious beef cuts of high gastronomic value. In addition, this dry maturation process will also be responsible for an exceptional flavor, in which we can find spicy, saline notes, hints of nuts or cured jerky.
