Sweet Anise flavored with distilled matalahúga

100% natural, obtained in a completely artisanal way, by aromatizing Andalusian Matalahúga anise grains in very slow distillation of surfin quality molasses alcohol and Subbética water in century-old copper stills with wood ovens.The alcoholate obtained is graduated to 35O% Vol. (*) and sugar syrup, quality number one, is added and rests until the alcoholic rise is achieved. Then, it is filtered up to three times and it is ready to be bottled. It is a colorless, crystalline, genuine, balanced liquor, with a pleasant matalahúga flavor.Sold in a 100 cl. rough bottle, a 50 cl. smooth bottle. and miniatures of various sizes.It is recommended to drink it only at cellar temperature or with ice and water. Pairs desserts, coffee and ice cream. Wide use in baking and cooking to prepare sauces and sweets.
