Anchovies from Cantabrian coast with butter with milk from livestock farms in our northern mountains. In the past, instead of using oil, butter was used. The contrast between the saltiness of anchovies and the sweetness of butter makes this product a complementary delight to the pypical anchovy in oil.

Anchoas Lotamar is a family business founded in 1950 and it is the 3rd generation that currently runs the company. Its modern facilities are located in the North of Spain (Cantabria). Anchoas Lotamar has the IFS certificate.
