We are a family-owned company, with the Sierra Nevada Natural Park brand.
Our olive grove consists of centuries-old olive trees nestled on the slopes of Sierra Nevada at about 1000 meters above sea level, cultivated in an environmentally friendly manner. That's why we have the Sierra Nevada Natural Park brand. Our olive mill also has the organic certification. By having our own mill, we achieve a high-quality olive juice, as we pick the olives at their optimal harvesting time, which are then crushed on the same day, in cold conditions, between 24º and 27º degrees Celsius. The time in the mixers is minimal, no more than 15 minutes, enough to preserve all its healthy properties for our health, such as antioxidants, aromas, flavor, etc."
After a journey of work and effort since its establishment in 2016, Oro de Sierra Nevada olive oil mill was awarded the following prize in the 22/23 campaign:
Mezquita Oro Prize from the prestigious Mezquita Awards of Córdoba.
In the 23/24 campaign, we have been honored in the same awards with:
Gran Mezquita Oro with 97 points.
Best EVOO of its category, green fruity without D.O.P.
Special Award for Master Olive Oil Maker.
