Excellent balance between bitter and spicy, in large part, to the characteristics specialties of the region in which we find our olive plantation, the Tabernas Desert in Almeria, located next to the Mediterranean Sea, this area has a special microclimate, with the largest number of hours per year of the European continent, surrounded by protected natural areas of unspoiled nature. Its early collection allows us to enjoy a long fruity aftertaste that makes all its qualities and freshness pleasant, showing its personality on its scent with a fruity green olive, fig and fresh grass scent, chlorophyll and artichoke.
