Umenoyado Aragoshi Umeshu is made with high quality sake and natural Japanese plums. Aragoshi means "thick mass" and refers to the ume plum puree that is added to the umeshu at the end to add depth and give it a nigori-like texture. A beautiful umeshu with silky smooth textures with a sweet aroma and flavor. Winner of the Silver Award in the Nigori Umeshu section at the 2017 National Umeshu Awards.
