Nanakanba literally means "Horse of the Seven Crowns", the name of the sake comes from the famous Japanese thoroughbred horse Symboll Rudolf, one of the strongest racehorses of the 20th century and the first to win seven crowns in history. This sake has an intense flavor with umami. Alcohol content: 16%, Rice polish: 55%.
