Nanakanba literally means "Horse of Seven Crowns", the sake is named after the famous Japanese thoroughbred horse Symboll Rudolf, one of the strongest racehorses of the 20th century and the first to win seven crowns in history.

This sake has a flavor that stays true to itself.
A new type of sake that does not chase fads but provides complex flavors that pair well with any dish.
Hikami Sake Brewery's sake is brewed using the natural resources and traditional techniques of Okuizumi, using the rice and water that have sustained it for generations.
