Unique peculiarities of the Palmera breed goat that condition the flavor of the product and position it in the highest European standards for its protein and fat indices, in a unique combination with Mojos Regina, a mixture of flavors from our land. Presenting a tasting, they evoke the flavors and smells of a childhood in the heat of the grandmother's sooty cauldron, who with her hand with the pestle, palmera pepper, garlic from the garden, together with oil and vinegar, managed to make that tasty sauce used since then to season endless dishes of our gastronomy from La Palma with a unique cheese in its flavor and texture.
