HAMS SEGURA S.L. is a family business dedicated to the production of Serrano ham from Serón since 1975. The company is located in Serón (Almería), a town located at the foot of the Sierra de Los Filabres, known for its tradition in the production and curing of hams.Since then, the SEGURA family has always made an effort to produce quality products in a completely natural way, selecting the raw material, researching the ham's maturation processes and innovating in its hygienic, sanitary and traceability controls.At the same time, in JAMONES SEGURA the tradition of the art of ham is respected and some of the processes used have remained unchanged in the company for more than 30 years, as well as natural ingredients as important as air, silence, climate …Ingredients that in this land of Serón are very generous, thanks to the natural environment of this town in the interior of Almeria, where nature has hardly been altered and where some of the primary forests of the Sierra de Los Filabres are preserved.The experience of our ham masters is reflected in each of the pieces that come out of our natural dryers at the right point of maturation for you to enjoy in all its fullness.The manufacturing process of our hams guarantees the absence of colourings, preservatives or artificial flavorings so that nothing else reaches your table than the flavor of the authentic ham and the know-how of SEGURA.Our Ham has the recognition of the quality certificates (ISO 22000, ETG Jamón Serrano, Member of the Fundación Jamón Serrano and the Certified Quality seal) that accredit a production of the ham with the highest sanitary controls, product traceability and a traditional and natural treatment.
