Long and thick grain, semi tapered, with little central pearl, pronounced tooth and rounded section. Natural black colour. Nero Assoluto is a whole rice, source of fiber and rich in nutrients. During cooking, it releases a characteristic aroma reminiscent of freshly baked bread. Its elongated and well-grained grains are ideal for salads and side dishes. Cooking time: 25-30 minutes.
