Chef Davide Bonato, from the Gioia restaurant in Madrid, will animate Riso Vignola 1880’s booth during all the days of the fair with its showcookings, taking place several times each day.
The chef - born in Vercelli, an area of northern Italy internationally known for the production of rice, but who has been living and working for years in Spain - celebrates a symbolic "return to the origins", interpreting Riso Vignola 1880’s products Origini and Mirai by ranging from Italian gastronomic tradition to ethnic influences and international cuisine.
