Chef Quique Dacosta, with three Michelin Stars at his restaurant Quique Dacosta in Denia, among others, will make two desserts with coffee as the protagonist. Damián Seijas, barista and Nespresso Coffee Ambassador, will pair these two creations with the new Reviving Origins Congo Organic coffee variety from Nespresso Professional. Using the pairing by affinity and by contrast, they will present us, by way of inspiration, two proposals to enhance the coffee experience in the coffee room for the after-dinner conversation. In addition, all attendees will be able to taste some of the preparations that will be prepared on the spot and that will surely not leave the most demanding palates indifferent.
