The term Mykés comes from the Greek wordmeaning mushroom. Mykés Gourmet is an artisanal company located in Soria (Castille and Leon), a paradise for black truffle and mushrooms, that makes specialities with truffles and other premium natural ingredients. We offer a wide range of truffle-based products to satisfy even themost refined palates.
At Mykés Gourmet, since 2012, we make a wide range of select products of over 40 varieties, such as:
• Extra virgin olive oils with white truffle, black truffle, and boletus mushrooms
• Truffle balsamic and white wine vinegars,and balsamic cream with truffle
• Various truffle sauces: Tartufata sauce, natural tomato and truffle sauce

Cured sheep’s cheese is the base for our truffle oil-soaked cheeses, as well as our entire range of preservative-free artisan cream cheeses. Truffle, boletus mushroom, ibérico ham, black garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, dates... tastes to suit allcheese lovers.
