The INTEROVIC stand will host a very special showcooking by Alejandro Hernández, chef of the Versatil restaurant, located in Zarza de Granadilla (Cáceres) and awarded with a Michelin Star and the Michelin Green Star for its eco-sustainable philosophy. Through his avant-garde creations, among which the royal lamb with mashed potatoes, black truffle and juice from its bones stands out, the chef from Extremadura will defend before the sector the qualities of one of the most appreciated red meats for its naturalness of its origin, its texture, tender and juicy, and its flavor, seasonally adjusting it and showing both its enormous culinary potential and its sustainable nature.
