This automatic round-conical frying pan can be unloaded onto food trolleys by motorized tilting. It has a TFT touch screen with a customizable recipe program. Ideal for cooking any kind of stir-fry, sauté, rice preps, paellas, pistos, stews or rice dishes.

It has stirring blades to prevent the food from sticking to the container. Inner vat easy to clean, thanks to the removable stirring paddles.

Models SBE100A, SBE150A, SBE200A are wheeled for easy transport. Capacities of 100 L (3.381,4 fl. oz), 150 L (5.072 fl. oz.) and 200 L (6.762,8 fl. oz), respectively. Other models (300 o 500 L capacity) has height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
