BOV system: the olive oil is contained in a flexible, sealed aluminum bag that is connected to the valve. The materials used are easily recyclable. · The compressed air is located outside of it, in the remaining space between the bag and the inner can wall. The compressed air always remains inside the container, even after the product is exhausted, which makes it responsible with the environment. The Olive oil is completely separated from the compressed air, saving all its proprieties and flavor in a perfect way of use. Avoiding Spills.

The IFFCO Olive Oil project also has more than 1,000 hectares of olive groves divided between Spain (a few kilometers from the bottling plant and with its own oil mill. Thanks to this, IFFCO can cover the specific needs of each market, working with local harvesters to obtain an extra virgin olive oil of a superior quality.
