Cordoba celebrates its Day at the Salon Gourmets, the Stratum Gourmets stage located in Hall 7 will host activities and show cookings throughout Wednesday 19 April, in which the quality of Cordoba's gastronomy will be showcased.
The local products that make its cuisine one of the great tourist attractions of the city of Cordoba and its province will be the stars of the day. The region has seven designations of origin: four for the excellent quality of its olive oils, the hallmark of its cuisine; the PDO Los Pedroches, with its acorn-fed, free-range Iberian pigs; the vinegars of the DOP Vinagre de Montilla-Moriles and the white, fortified and sweet wines of the DO Montilla Moriles, all of them and the odd typical dish will have their place during the celebration of Cordoba Day at the 36 Salon Gourmets.
