Visitors to the Comunitat Valenciana stand will be able to taste a Mellow Rice with Dehydrated Vegetables, prepared by the professional chefs of the Tourism Centre of Gandia and Dénia. The rice will be accompanied by a wine pairing with wines from the Viña Memorias winery.
