Professional chefs from the Gandia and Dénia CDT will be tasting montaditos made with products from some of the companies at the Comunitat Valenciana stand. Specifically, they will be made with Retse Alimentaria oils, Dulces la Cartuja jams, Germinarte sprouts and cheese that is not cheese from Mommus Foods.
