The Molt de Gust stand will host the showcooking of an Iberian secret rice dish with mushrooms and dehydrated vegetables. The company Sánchez Roldán will take part in the showcooking with Quinta Gama food and La Barraca Alimentación (spices), Deshidratados del Mediterráneo (dehydrated vegetables) and Masia el Altet (oil) will collaborate.
