Michelin star showcooking with Raúl Resino and Miguel Barrera

The chefs Raúl Resino from the Raúl Resino Restaurant and Miguel Barrera from the Cal Paradís restaurant will be presenting some of their creations made with quality products from our region at the Comunitat Valenciana stand. Raúl Resino will be preparing a dish with Benicarló artichoke and mojo tartar. While Miguel Barrera will also be using quality, local products from Castellón, demonstrating his mastery with products like meat, vegetables, truffles and mushrooms. Both Raúl Resino and Miguel Barrera have had one Michelin star and two Repsol suns for more than a decade, as well as being prescribers of the Castellón, Ruta de Sabor brand.
