White tuna, also known as Albacore or Longfinned tuna, is a migratory species of blue fish, which lives in Atlantic waters and migrates to the Cantabrian Sea between June and September, period during which the fishing season known as the Cantabrian Coast, takes place. The White Tuna has a white and soft meat whose intense flavor and texture make it one of the most valued of its species.

The canned product is prepared fresh, without prior freezing, and is packed in jars by hand in homogeneous pieces, adding only top quality extra virgin olive oil as a covering liquid.
