Despensa Pisón is an artisan meat and sausage family business since 1979. Located in Ezcaray (La Rioja) always with respect for the quality of the raw material. The lamb: Castilian suckling lamb of less than 30 days and fed exclusively on the ewe's milk; both fresh and in a low temperature version, a product demanded by very demanding customers. The Duroc pig chorizo ??whose recipe includes the best parts of the pig. Another classic is the black pudding from Ezcaray, which is also produced by hand in its workshops.
