It emerges as one of the gourmet dishes at the Cenador de las Monjas restaurant, motivated by extolling La Mancha products.


Gastronomic family business with 20 years of experience in the Convent of San José, Pastrana in Guadalajara.

In January 2020 we launched our brand of gourmet products with the aim of publicizing the Alcarria pantry where we are located.

We achieved our dream of being able to market our artisanal and soluble porridge following the authentic La Mancha recipe with an innovative solution.
