Campo y Alma, the quality guarantee brand of food from Castilla-La Mancha, is present at the Salón Gourmets with some of the most unique products from its 28 designations of origin and 8 protected geographical indications.

Wines, Oils, Saffron from La Mancha, Honey from La Alcarria, Manchego Cheese, Purple Garlic from Las Pedroñeras, Eggplant from Almagro, Manchego Lamb, Marzipan from Toledo, Melon from La Mancha, Cross Bread from Ciudad Real and Onion from La Mancha, are some of the foods that can be found in their space.

A space in which they have planned numerous activities to publicize the versatility of their products and a showcooking by the chef Jose Antonio Medina of the Restaurant Coto de Quevedo de Torre de Juan Abad (Ciudad Real).

The program for Wednesday, April 19 are:

• From 11:00 to 12:00 pm: There will be a tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oils, by the four protected designations of origin of Castilla-La Mancha, DOP Aceite Montes de Toledo, DOP Aceite Campo de Calatrava, DOP Aceite Campo de Montiel and DOP Aceite de la Alcarria.
• From 12:00 to 12:45 pm: Talk on the Ajo Morado de las Pedroñeras by the IGP Ajo Morado de las Pedroñeras.
• From 12:45 to 13:30 pm: La Mancha PDO organizes an interactive game (Kahoot) on the knowledge of the world of wine.
• From 13:30 to 14:15 pm: Showcooking by Jose Antonio Medina, with 1 Michelin Star and 1 Sol Repsol, from Coto de Quevedo Restaurant, located in Torre de Juan Abad (Ciudad Real), in which he will prepare three dishes with food from the brand Campo y Alma de Castilla-La Mancha.
