The Canarian Institute of Agrifood Quality ensures the maintenance and recovery of high quality traditional products, assuring the consumer the maximum guarantees. All of this is carried out under the protection of these products, at European level, under quality figures such as Protected Designations of Origin, Protected Geographical Indications, Guaranteed Traditional Specialties and other instruments. The Institute also encourages the knowledge and appreciation of these products, through studies and promotional campaigns that have allowed us to give prestige to Canarian products outside our borders.
