The innovative low-temperature cooked egg from Granja Campomayor is made with eggs from hens on its farms, from a selected laying stage and a specific weight. The manufacturing process requires exhaustive temperature control in all processes, both cooking and cooling.It is ideal for the creation of appetizers, starters, main dishes, catering... since the result is a homogeneous egg with curdled and creamy white and honeyed yolk.To consume it, you only need to regenerate it. Just put the eggs in water at a constant 65º for 5 minutes. Next, they should be removed from the container with water and cracked for plating.This product is available in 4 and 30 unit formats.
