This specialty coffee comes from a well known farmer Oscar Eduardo,Who was a finalist in the Cup of Excellence quality contest.
The production of this coffee is in Pitalito, Huila. In this farm today an excellent coffee is beeing produced in order to offer to the world the most exotic coffees from Colombia.
The harvest and seleccion of coffee is carried out using the flotation technique, subsequently, the coffee is dried in the sun in drying beds for about 20 days.
SUGGESTION: specialty cofee with strong character, used as a monorigen, persistent aftertaste. Fruity and sweet aroma.
