This blend comes from coffee plantations grown at more than 1,500 meters of altitude, harvested with the “picking” method (taken grain by grain). Wet or washed, by which the freshly caught fruit is quickly stripped of its bark and part of the pulp, which prevents any type of fermentation that could damage the taste of the coffee.
