Deep, dark cherry-red, with marked purple hues. Clean and brilliant.
Nose:
Intense and very well-balanced. Elegant. Attractive notes of ripe red and black berries. Appealing notes of concentrated ripe fruit, accompanied by chocolate, liquorice and cocoa.
Mouth:
Spicy, toasty background with hints of toffee and coffee.

Abadía de Acón is a family project located in the heart of the DO Ribera del Duero in Castrillo de la Vega (Burgos).
Based on the Vineyard as the "key" that support our company, we use sustainability criteria and wisdom, always ensuring a perfect ripening without forcing the vines, to get the highest quality wines.
We have our own plantation of 55 hectares, all within the DO Ribera del Duero, 95% of the local variety "Tempranillo" and the rest belongs to the varieties "Cabernet Sauvignon" (3%) and "Merlot" (2%), maintained a plantation winemaking philosophy based on the use and control of the production and processing of grapes, combining innovation and tradition.
