Pefrán is a trademark under which the products made by Cárnicas Entresierras S.L. are commercialized. The company has a very rooted familiar nature which becomes the foundation for all the productive process, from the beginnings -half a century ago- of its founder, M. Pedro Hernández, until now.
During all this period, the productive processes have been improved, from the exhaustive selection of the raw material until the fabrication techniques, without forgetting the care in the process to cure the ham for giving as result a unique product able to getting praises at the international level
