Pajarete wine from Quitapenas is one of our oenological jewels. A liquor wine, semi-sweet, with more than 3 years of aging made with Pedro Ximénez grapes and Muscatel of Alexandria grapes. It is a very characteristic wine of the D.O. Malaga. Already in the 2017 harvest we started to work on an improved version of this exceptional wine, recovering the formula of our ancestors.
