Elaborated with Pedro Ximenez grapes from the north of Malaga. We carry out the late manual harvest to obtain a high degree of reducing sugars and its subsequent basking by direct exposure to the sun for 15 days. Subsequently, a careful selection of grapes is carried out and their subsequent destemming is carried out to obtain high-quality musts with a high concentration of sugars. Once elaborated, we proceed to oxidative aging in American oak barrels for more than 24 months. Great quality wine.
