Innovation Area is a large and impressive space which this year will showcase more than 1.500 new products in quality food and beverages. All exhibitors can present their new products to form part of this area, which includes a sample of the product and a description of the exhibitor and the location of their stand at the show.
Its 28 editions and the premium products on display, it has become a benchmark for trends and advances in the sector, both in terms of products and in terms of presentation, quality and production technology. For this reason, since 2011, the Salón Gourmets Awards have been chosen from among these products: for Innovation, Presentation, Versatility and the most nutritionally complete organic product.
