At the beginning of the 20th century, Remigio Morillo bought the first olive trees and passed on his passion for the trees, the land and the oil to his childrens.
in 1982 his son Carlos took over the business, he created Oleícola Jaén and converted to an oil mill. His three sons, now third generation Morillo, are keeping alive the legacy of their grandfather.
All their olive oils have a worldwide prestige and won several international awards.
Grupo Oleicola Jaén desarrolla operaciones en toda la cadena de valor del sector del aceite de oliva. Oleicola Jaén fue fundada en Baeza (Jaén) en 1982 por la familia Morillo y actualmente produce aceites de oliva de máxima calidad a gran escala. El resto de empresas del grupo se relacionan con el cultivo del olivar y la comercialización de subproductos de la aceituna. Con Fundación propia y proyecto de Oleoturismo, la empresa cuenta con una almazara visitable en un entorno único como Baeza, declarada Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO.
