S. Coop. And. Los Filabres is a livestock cooperative that was born through the initiative of a group of farmers who were convinced that through cooperativism they could better achieve their objectives by joining forces. Thus, in 1983 S. Coop was born. And. Los Filabres in Almeria, extending to Granada and Jaén through the acquisition of 3 cooperatives in the same sector located in Baza, Guadix and Iznalloz. Currently there are more than 300 partners that make it up. More than 30 sweet years working in this sector guarantee the quality of its products. S.Coop Los Filabres has modern facilities spread over the province of Almería and Granada.In 1991, S. Coop. And. Los Filabres joins S.Coop. And. La Pastora de Taberno to create the second-degree cooperative called S.Coop. And Caprina de Almeria, a leading cooperative in the Spanish goat milk market with more than 600 associate farmers and contributing more than 42 million liters of milk to the market in 2015.With farmers located in 5 provinces of the eastern peninsula (Almería, Granada, Murcia, Jaén and Alicante), we work in a coordinated manner from the 4 own collection centers owned by the primary cooperatives, in the towns of Taberno, Sorbas, Iznalloz and Baza. Thanks to these facilities and the possibility of carrying out heat treatments in our facilities, we can guarantee the availability of our liquid milk in the best conditions, in the markets of different European countries, such as France, Italy or Portugal.
