Beautifully thin and light with crispy folds and well coated with flavouring. The aroma is reminiscent of salt and vinegar with a sharp acidic tang and salty potato mellowness. The initial flavour is the lemon which is zesty and bright but not bitter. The black pepper adds a complexity and spice which warms the mouth. The woody flavour of the black pepper, the salt and lemon are exceptionally well balanced.
Your crisps have a delightful appearance with a deep well cooked colouration, golden and delicate. There is a distinct aroma of lemon and pepper. The texture of the crisp is delicate but has crunch; the lemon and pepper present themselves well and have a good length of flavour, which reminds us of restaurant quality fish and chips where the fish has been delicately treated to lemon pepper butter, and served with a triple cooked potato chip.
These are thin crisps that have been evenly fried, are of various sizes and curiously have a vinegar aroma. Satisfyingly crunchy in the mouth due to their delicate thinness they then pleasingly melt.
